The Southern Welfare Property Owners Association is the governing body for Southern Oaks, a community nestled in the Texas Hill Country northwest of San Antonio. This website provides information required by Texas law, as well as events and announcements relevant to the residents of Southern Oaks.

Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee reviews building plans and other proposed alterations to lots in The Southern Welfare Property Owners Association. Lot Owners in The Southern Welfare Property Owners Association are required to obtain the approval of the Architectural Control Committee before commencement of any construction or other work subject to the Committee’s review.
