The Southern Welfare Property Owners Association is the governing body for Southern Oaks, a community nestled in the Texas Hill Country northwest of San Antonio. This website provides information required by Texas law, as well as events and announcements relevant to the residents of Southern Oaks.

Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee reviews building plans and proposed improvements to properties in Southern Oaks neighborhood. Owners in Southern Oaks are required to coordinate and obtain the approval of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) before commencement of any initial home construction or improvement or/and other work subject to the Committee’s review.
