Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) reviews building plans and other proposed alterations and improvements to properties in The Southern Oaks neighborhood. Property Owners in The Southern Welfare Property Owners Association are required to obtain the review and approval of the Architectural Control Committee before commencement of any construction or other improvements subject to the Committee’s review.
